Hiya.

I apprecaite that I still have a week to go till my ADR day arrives but I 've just tried a "dummy run" and when I enter my US reservation number it says that it cannot find me.

I feel sure that last time I did on-line ADR's I could see my reservation day come up weeks before but it would just say that its not my time yet to make reservations. My worry now, is that I cant log in when it is my actual day and I therefore end up missing vital reservations for my initial 10 days :scared1:

Has anyone had similar experience or can reassure me that it will work next Monday:confused3

Thanks guys

I had exactly the same problem. The system isn't successfully pulling up reservations, for some reason. Quite a few people on here have reported the same issue. On my ADR day, everything fell into place so don't worry- when Monday comes, the system should recognise your reservation number just fine and you'll be able to make your ADRs with no problem. :)

Yes. Same experience but it did let me in at 11 am sharp. :)

They have made changes to the site since I made my ADRs last year and what you describe is what was happening with mine too, but it took it fine when it was time to book. (Not a minute earlier mind you :rotfl:)

The other difference is that I have always used my ADR number to retrieve my resort booking on the US site, which at some point you could do on your account as well as view your dining reservations but this has not been working for several weeks now. :confused3

I may be mistaken but I don't think I have ever been able to do a dummy run outwith my 180 days.

Hope that makes you feel better.

Ah thank you both:flower3:

Yes that makes me feel much better, roll on next week.

That darn system never needs a reason. It just plays up whenever it pleases :rolleyes1

If it makes any difference, it is not only UK/international guests experiencing problems so it is not related in any way to the format of the US reservation number you are using for your ADRs - just in case anyone wonders about that.
