Didn't we used to get 2 luggage tags pp?

I just got my luggage tags for an upcoming cruise and only got one. I thought we used to get 2 per person??

I got 2 per person when we sailed this spring.

Seems to be hit or miss. We only got one per person. But even some of the people that say they got two are the people that cut the long tags in half thinking that they are supposed to do that. They are not. That is one long tag meant to go through the handle of your bag. And there are some people that actually get two long tags per person.

ETA: I wonder if cruise length has anything to do with it. We are doing a 7 night.

I read somewhere that 4 nights or less is getting 1 tag per person, 5 nights or longer is 2 tags per person? Who knows if that's how it's actually working though

We've always gotten 2 per person even on 3 & 4 nights cruises. If they changed, it was after Oct 2024 which was our last 3-night where we got 2 per person.

You can get more tags from a porter when you get to the ship. If you're staying at a Disney Hotel before your cruise, bell services can make a tag for you.

Yes, luggage tags changed early this year.

We got 4 for 2 people on a 7 day Treasure for this October. As compared to past cruises on Disney these tags are rather plain with just the ship name and cabin number on them.

At least they send them out, unlike other CL's that require you to print them off.

We ultimately received two but it was sent as one at a time per person. This was for a 3 night May 2025 on the Dream.

It changed recently and it’s 1 for 4 nights or less and 2 for 5+ nights

They will send blank ones for GTY (there was a time they didn’t and they’d come way late)

And the mailer is a thin quarter sheet of paper vs the fold over mailer

I’m not a fan of the reduced amount of luggage tags and the new mailer also feels and looks very cheap.

I give it another year before they have us printing our own

I believe I only got one for my sailing in 3 weeks.

I am only checking one bag.

It's a solo trip!
