ADR Thoughts? D Day is May 22nd

Okay, deep breath! I am trying to balance favorites and new. 11/18-11/26 split stay VWL/BCV. Oh yeah and squeezing in a day at LegoLand and 2 at Universal. Underlied restaurants are new to us. Yes, I know I am crazy. So, that being said, here it is:

11/18 (LL/MK) (LegoLand and then driving to check in VWL (dinner at ????) possibly late MK hours
11/19 (US/EP) - Universal - Bubba Gump early lunch, Epcot with dinner at Via Napoli
11/20 (MK/EP) - MK and possible PH - Crystal Palace early breakfast (for the Pooh fan) and then early dinner Trail's End, might park hop if we aren't waddling
11/21 (HS) - RD HS, 50s Prime Time lunch, Star Wars Dessert Party (if available)
11/22 (US/MK) - Moving day (BCV) Universal Day 2, Dinner at ???
11/23 (AK/?) - La Trattoria Breakfast, AK, Boma for early dinner, wander Disney Springs?
11/24 (EP/HS) - EP, late breakfast Garden Grill Candlelight Processional Package, HS for Fantasmic
11/25 (AK/?) - AK Yak & Yeti early lunch, Sanaa Dinner,
11/26 Leaving - The Wave late breakfast

We will have park hoppers. My husband is not huge on QS. The boys (4 & 14) don't care about characters one way or the other minus Pooh characters. We won't be back for awhile, so I want to make it memorable.

Any suggestions? Thoughts?
