ADR System Upgrade - History

I was told today by a CM that it would be middle to end of January. I tried to book the Segway Tour, Keys to the Kingdom Tour and get some ADR's. This was after I was told last month to call back on December 20. Oh, well no big deal, I just feel better when everything is booked

I'm as anxious as anyone to make my ADRs (not going until late May), but I'd personally rather not make them until I know the park hours. I'm just hoping there's a little lead time between the time hours are published and the reservation window opens for my dates. I definitely feel for those of you who have your park hours and still can't make ADRs, but the extra time has given me a chance to take a deep breath and re-think some plans. There's too much going on with the holidays right now to worry about it

Your post is just about the same as mine. I want the park hours before I book my ADRs.

I also wanted to have my ADR's done for Christmas because the trip is a gift for my family....oh well! I guess we will all be calling feverishly once the new system is up and running.

Dates beyond March 22nd have been loaded into our system. We received a message today that we cannot book anything past 3/22 as of yet but it looks like they may be getting ready to open the booking window. I'll update again as soon as I have news!

Dates beyond March 22nd have been loaded into our system. We received a message today that we cannot book anything past 3/22 as of yet but it looks like they may be getting ready to open the booking window. I'll update again as soon as I have news!

I have been lurking this thread for awhile trying to decide when to call up for the ADRs. I recently expanded my trip so today I made reservations for 3/20-3/22 and they told me that rumor has it the booking window for the rest may open up as soon as tomorrow. One can only hope!

I'm hoping they open no more than a few weeks at a time. Otherwise, it's going to be utter chaos! It would make sense to open the window through the end of April, since that's all the park hours that are available. I have a basic plan, but I really need to know if my park days are going to change before I make ADRs and then have to change them.

Disney Dine you have made my day a little brighter!!! maybe after Chirstmas we will be able to book... atleast those end of march to middle of April people. I need plans i hate hate hate not being able to plan stuff!!!!

I am definitely glad that you are posting updates. I'm wanting to book CM for my daughter's 5th birthday breakfast and CRT for her birthday dinner, and, naturally, it is a few days past June 19th. Thank you...I'm definitely watching!

The problem I see with this is system is not only are thousands of us going to call at 7 am but we are going to keep calling every hour or so until it does open. This is getting to be about as much fun as waiting for southwest to open their dates.
