Just so everyone knows for their future use.

If you want to subscribe to any thread you are reading, there is a menu bar at the top of each thread. One choice is called "Thread Tools." Click on that, and a drop down menu will appear and you can choose "Subscribe to this Thread" and you will be all set.

and for all that have already subscribed, it'd be nice if you don't post "subscribing" because that triggers an email notification to all the subscribers...and then we get our hopes up that there is news ! And instead we see just a post that says "subscribing"

While I do understand that it does get frustrating thinking there's new news everytime someone posts and says subscribing, I think people are doing it because on certain threads it doesn't allow you to sub without writing something first. Some might not realize that they don't have to write anything just to sub into this thread. But now they should know

I think it would be 180 days prior to May 14? And they will take your CC as a guarantee. You won't be charged ahead of time.

I just called and the booking went very smoothly

I just booked my Chef Mickeys ADR and they told me to call back on the 21st of December to make the rest. Is this the date they everyone else is being told?

That's the approximate date that most CM's are giving right now. Keep an eye on the first post of this thread - the mods are working hard to keep that current with any developments.

The latest update from 11/4 is that CM's are being scheduled to train at the end of this month/beginning of next month. That helps lend credibility to what we're hearing on a 12/21-12/22 launch date for the system, but at this time there is no definite date.

Others have reported that they could not book tours at this time, but if you can call with your cell phone (free minutes), it wouldn't hurt to call and check.

So I just realized that they are only booking meals through 3/22, and my trip dates are 3/19-3/26.... oy does that that really mean I can only book meals for 1/2 my trip.... until they open up the next dates?

Only just booked the trip this week, so I haven't fully thought out my plans. Good news is I was able to book Le Cellier for 3/20 at 7:35. I have not yet eaten there, but we do like steak. My 5 year old is a regular carnivore.

I had called last week to book CRT for April 23'rd (I did make this ressie)and was told that they would likely be accepting reservations for my trip's timeframe on Nov 21'st but I was welcome to call back sooner in case the system was ready to go. I called back today just to check and they told me Dec 22'nd!!! This is not good for someone like me who plans things endlessly in my head!!
UGH! Has anyone heard anything different than this?
