ADR strategy - people booking ADRs in anticipation of free dining?

Has it been a trend in the past for people to book September trips with the accompanying ADRs in anticipation of free dining without actually planning on going to these ADRs if free dining is not available? I only ask becuase I was making my ADRs this morning and it seemed like the place was hopping for 7:00 a.m. I guess what I'm trying to ask is can we expect an influx of cancellations of ADRs for Sepember if free dining is *not* offered? Even though I got all of my requested ADRs when I called this morning, I worry about making changes to my ADRs if needed since it seemed so busy. Anyone want to give an opinion?

This is exactly what I am going to be doing here toward the end of this month! I am going to book my packages on Saturday and will be making all our ADRS on the 24th. I bet though that free dining is going to be offered! If not, theres no way I would go in September!!!!!!!!!!
