Hi guys,

So im getting close to my 180 day mark when I can book my ADR's.

Have you guys got any recommendations for anything we should definitely should try on a first visit?!

I've definitely got a visit to Chef Mickey's booked in for a breakfast :) I suppose thats a 'must' for any first visit!

Anything you think a young (ish!) couple would enjoy? We enjoy all kinds of food, and nice wine! We like classy restuarants that are laid back and not rushed if that helps :) We like to try new and unusual dishes as well!

Thanks guys!

another character meal-if you are both up for it i would recommend is breakfast at tusker house-get an 8am adr before ak opens-lots of choice and very nice.:cool1:

non character breakfast-we like olivias at okw-very relaxed.

via napoli-in italy is delicous ::yes::

there are literally so many to choose from-why not have a look on the dining forum-will keep you entertained for hours/days! :rotfl:

Second tusker house, also an early adr in crystal palalce, another character one in magic kingdom

We love chefs de france, kona cafe and grand floridian cafe too

It's our first time too but we're only making one ADR because we're on the QSDP and don't want to spend loaddds OOP plus I'll be too impatient to actually wait to be served and then wait for food :rotfl:
We've decided on 'Ohana because we've heard good things about it and it has Stitch!:lovestruc

It is not brilliant food, but I'd consider Sci Fi Diner, just for the whole experience! It's quite unique!

Signature meal for me would be Citricos or Yachtsman.

Another vote for Crystal Palace breakfast.

Definately Teppan Edo in Japan in Epcot.

We went there last night and it was really fun, with delicious food.

It is a very 'grown up' feeling restaurant, where you sit at your table around a huge hotplate. They do put groups together as the table sits 8. A chef then comes and stands at the hotplate and cooks the food you ordered in front of you. However, he doesn't just cook, it is a bit of theatre, thowing utensils up and catching them, ditto with the food.

All in all it was a fun, entertaining evening and I am so glad that we did it. Our 8 year old dd loved it too.

If you like Greek food, try Kouzinna's on the Boardwalk.
If you book for early evening it's a good spot to spend the evening too!

DH and I have been twice with free DDP before DD was born and enjoyed a lot of the restaurants. Some of ours favourites

Yachtsman Steak house Menu - I know this is a 2 TS but we loved it here. DH had a 24oz steak and still talks about who good it is. After we watched illuminations on the beach and enjoyed the Boardwalk!

Teppan Edo - Again another great night out.

Sanaa menu - I love the food here, I cant wait to return next year.

A little different and I'm surprised no-one has mentioned it yet, but Mexico at Epcot is awesome, the San angel inn. Food is a little different to other restaurants, but the main plus point for me is the romantic setting. It's personal preference, I know, but I just love it.
