We have a large group that will be splitting up to eat at different restaurants at the same time. If the person booking everything is listed as the manager of a reservation will that person be able to make a reservation for the rest of the group? Does Disney recognize there are more people in the group than the first reservation is for?

You can't be the lead on overlapping reservations. If one person is booking everything, on the first overlapping reservation they need to pick someone else as the lead, then add guests.

That’s what I thought. If my wife left herself as the lead on the first reservation is there a way to change that after reservation is made?

No. Does anyone else in the group have a MDE? Just make other adrs on someone else’s account.

We’ll call this another lesson learned. Will it even show available times on her MDE? And what is considered overlapping times? One already made is for 3:30pm. So could she make one for say 3:00 or maybe 4:00? Thanks for the replies and help. We didn’t even consider this being a problem
