I know that you can make them 90 days in advance. For us that day is Friday. I know that they start taking calls at 7 am EST. When do they stop? I have to work that day and probably wont be in a position to call to make our ADRs until around 3 pm. So I guess that my question is that if I call at 3 will I be able to get all of my reservations done? How long is the hold time on average for mid afternoon? Although we dont havent decided on all of our restaurants yet we will by then. Thanks for any and all feedback.

You'll be plenty fine.
I think the lines close around 9pm? but i'm not positive. don't worry- you'll be fine.

Do you want Le Cellier? you might have trouble with that one. If it's on your list, ask for it first, and be prepared to take off-peak times, or to book lunch.

As long as you are not looking for the major ADR's like CRT or LeCellier, I think you will be okay. If you are looking for those two, good luck! Pay someone to phone for you!

When I was going in March, I called in the afternoon all the time as I work night shift... I think the longest wait was 15 min. I just put it on speaker phone... one time I got through right away!

We close at 10pm ET.

Spinkling pixie dust so that you get all your wanted ADR's :wizard:

Not saying you need it. You should be just fine.
