ADR questions-- when can you find earliest seating times?

Hi-- sort of a dumb question about ADRs.. was wondering the times for:

Earliest seating for Chef Mickey dinner?
Latest breakfast CRT?
Earliest lunch CRT?
Earliest breakfast Akershaus?
Earliest dinner Whispering Canyon?
Earliest breakfast Donald's?
Earliest breakfast Crystal Palace?
AND..
Earliest dinner Liberty Tree Taven when there is a MVMCP that evening?

Best bet is to call disney dining. I know I looked in some of my guide books and most of those were wrong anyway

It also varies depending on the year so yes, Dining would know best.
