I know that you could make ADRs 90 days before your check-in date, for up to 10 days after your check-in date, as long as you are staying onsite. What if I don't need an ADR for my exact date of check-in? Do I still call 90 days before check-in date to make my other ADRs that are later in my trip? Or do I have to wait until it is 90 days from the first ADR date?

Yes, call 90 days from your check-in date, whether you want an ADR for that day or not.

Just did that last week, exact same situation. CM asked me if I was staying on site, I gave her my reservation number, and she asked me which day we wanted to start with during our trip.
