We're arriving May 12th so my 180 mark is this wed. I want to try and book CRT for May 13 (technically 181 days away on WEd) Can I do this on Wed? I phoned the dining line and the CM said to call at 180 days I can do it then. Has anyone else been able to do this? I know the worst thing that happens is I call a day early and have to try the next morning. (actually the worst thing is no CRT ressie :lmao: )

You can call (if an onsite guest) at 180 days from check in and book 10 days worth of ADRs.

At the 180 days from check in point, they only release a very few tables at CRT and save the rest for the true 180 mark (from when you want to eat there) because it's so popular and they want to be fair to those offsite guests.

So, having said that, I'd call at 180 from check in and get whatever ADR you can if possible and then if it's not exactly what you wanted time-wise or if you couldn't get anything at all, then I'd call back at the true 180 days from when you want to eat there and I'll bet you you'll have a lot more ADR time choices. :thumbsup2

I called in July at our 180 day mark and tried getting CRT at 180+1 and the cast member told me I could only book at the 180 mark. Called back the next morning and got it ok, but it was for lunch. Not sure if that makes a difference or not.

To take advantage of the 180 + 10 you must have a confirmed reservation at a Disney owned hotel. They will ask you.
Also as said, not all tables are released to the 180 + 10. There are more made available at the exact 180 day mark.
So if you don't get it at the 180 + 10, call back at the 180 day mark.
HTH
