This may seem like a silly question (most of mine are:rotfl:)

When I phone up the CM's insist on knowing whether the guests are adults or children.
Online reservations just ask for number of guests :confused3 no distinction between adults and children.

This won't cause any problems will it?

TIA

i've had no problem with it. Not sure why their system is different and need the adults vs children, but online it assumes everyone is adults. I know this from when I called to update the number of people for an ADR and they stated 5 adults. I said nope, down to 2 adults 2 kids. never was 5 adults, just 5 people. :confused3

Don't worry about it. :) As long as you indicate the total number of people in your party, you'll be fine. If there are any infants or toddlers be sure to include them as well.

On line the only time you'll be asked for the exact number of adults, children and infants will be for prepaid reservations such as CRT, luau, or Mickey's Barbecue where prices vary according to age and you're being charged the full amount immediately.
