This trip is for our son 5th BD celebration. We will be in WDW for 5 nights, 6 days with DDP. Here is our ADR so far.

Day 1 - Arrive at noon, heading to EP after check in, Coral Reef dinner
Day 2 - HS, want to get ADR for Fantastic H&V either lunch or dinner
Day 3 - MK, dinner at Chef Mickey's
Day 4 - MK, BOG lunch and Crystal Palace dinner
Day 5 - AK, Tusker House lunch and Ohana dinner

we will pay 1TS OOP :)

For me it would be too many character meals. You have H&V, CM, and TH which are all basically the same characters. Of those 3 I would choose TH. BOG lunch is a good choice and Ohana dinner will be fun. I would probably replace H&V and/or CM with something else.

I am less "too much character meal" and more "too repetitive characters." Also, too much food.

H&V dinner will be Minnie's dine. Lunch would be Disney Junior.
Chef Mickey is also Fab 5 (overlap to Minnie).
Crystal Palace is Pooh.
Tusker House is Mickey, Goofy, Donald, Daisy, overlaps to Chef Mickey and H&V dinner.

Plus, Day 5, Tusker House is a buffet, followed by a meat faucet/AYCTE. That lunch followed by that dinner results in explosion.

I would swap to maybe less Fab 5, maybe less AYCTE buffet particularly Day 5. Consider options like Whispering Canyon (fun environment for kids), RFC (not a fan of the food but mixes it up), 1900 Park Fare dinner (face characters instead of fur).

I agree that Day 5 has just too much food. I would go with one of those and the look for a smaller/lighter place for the other meal. I really like 'Ohana, so I'd keep that one (AYCTE, but no characters at dinner) and find something different at Animal Kingdom for lunch. As mentioned, RFC has a fun atmosphere. I also like Tiffins and Yak & Yeti at AK.

Two TS meals in one day is more than we ever do, but if we were to, it would have to be breakfast and dinner. Day 5 sounds like too much food too close together, unless you're planning to spread them way out.

I agree that day 5 is 2TS in one day a little too much, so I try to spread it out at noon and 8:30pm. We love the food at Tusker House but my son love CM. That's why we do both.
For HS, what do you think about Mama Melrose? Is it good?

I would switch Tusker House lunch to brft since you have Ohana dinner. It is one of our favorite brft anyway, and still has a few African foods to try. Depending on your Ohana time, you could earlier or later brft. I would also consider switching H&V, unless trying to get the Disney Jr. characters at lunch, as the food is not that great. Sci-Fi is a lot of fun at the drive in, but can't do Fantasmic package (could get a 4th FP for it during the day most likely) or check out Mama Melrose as PP mentioned.

On our recent trip, we got progressively more full as the week went on so that for our day 6 dinner at Boma after a TS meal at noon, we were stuffed and didn't enjoy it at all, even with pushing our ADR to 9:00! We really liked Tusker House for lunch, but I'd consider dropping Ohana that night or changing TH to breakfast. If you want to keep Ohana, try swapping it on day 3 for Chef Mickey's. We had a 2:00 ADR for BOG and an 8:30 ADR at Ohana on day 2 that was fine although BOG isn't a huge lunch and we still weren't very hungry when we got to Ohana!
