My 180 days doesn't come until August 20, but hey, I'm a Disney planning freak and like to get this sorted out well ahead of time! :rolleyes1
First few days of PHM weekend: Not sure. I will be with a friend and we will probably eat outside of the World quite a bit. I think we will try Raglan Road on our DTD evening. My family (DH, DS10, DS7, DS4) will then join me for the rest of vacation. We will be staying off-site (so I will have to make my ADRs each day :crazy2:) Unless otherwise noted, breakfast will always be in condo.

First two days at Universal: NO IDEA! I will probably have to head over to the Universal boards for recommendations on where to eat. It sounds like there are only a couple of reservations that could be made a month ahead of time anyway.
MK #1- Lunch at BOG, dinner at 1900 Park Fare
HS- Hollywood Brown Derby Fantasmic Package. We did Mama Melrose last time and enjoyed it well enough. Is Brown Derby worth the extra $$? The grapefruit always sounds delicious! We will do snacks to fill in the day.
AK- Late lunch at Tusker House. Dinner outside of World.
Epcot- lunch at Sunshine Seasons Food Court. Dinner at Akershus
MK #2- Breakfast at CP, snacks for lunch, dinner at BOG or CRT (we LOVED our BOG dinner last time more than our CRT actually. I just love the feel of the castle!)
checkout day- breakfast at Ohana, and last minute MK re-rides. Lunch on the go I'm sure.

What do you think? Anything you would change? Something I'm missing out on?

I think your plan looks good. What kinds of foods do you like? Some of my faves at Universal are Margaritaville for burgers, Cowfish for an interesting take on burgers and sushi, Mythos for American fare, Three Broomsticks if you like tradition English dishes. If you're looking for higher end, both of Emeril's resturants are wonderful. Bubba Gump's is fun but the seafood quality is along the lines of a Red Lobster quality.

We're also going to USF and I am planning on Margaritaville and Mythos......have eaten at both and enjoy them.
