ADR party size question

Hi all-

I have an ADR dilema! My Mom & Step Dad are joining us for pur upcoming trip. We have ADR at Cape May for 6, and my Mom just told me yesterday they may have to cut short the last day of the trip (as they just got an offer on thier house finally and need to go abck early to pack). If they dont join us and we just show up as 4, they wont kick us out will they? BTW- they have no other availibiluty.

We had reservations for four on our last trip for every single ADR we had, based on my parents coming. They changed their mind at the last minute so we had to keep telling them it was now 2 instead of 4. We didn't have any trouble at all.

Thank you!!!!! Its not my intention to show up 2 short, but, kowing my Mom, she could change her mind again 2 days before and decide to go to breakfast with us..... Id just hate to cancel as my 2 year old is OBESESSED with Minnie Mouse!

Oh my gosh my parents are the same way. We have a really hard time going anywhere with them because one week they can go, then the next week they can't, and it's back and forth with this up until the time we leave. We never really know until we get there whether they will be joining us or not. Add this to the fact that my dad hates the whole ADR thing because he can't just do whatever he wants when he wants. We love them though so we just have to put up with it...LOL!!
