ADR or Wing It?

Hi everyone! I'm looking for a bit of advice. We're going to WDW May 5-12 and taking our DD4 for her first visit. We have the DDP and I booked all my ADRs months ago for dinners and two character breakfasts. However, I realized today that I didn't make any reservations for May 10th. This is a Saturday, so I'm worried that if we don't have an ADR we'll be waiting forever for a table. Should I expect even longer waits for dinner on a Saturday night, or are restaurants at WDW jammed every night regardless? Also, should I try to make an ADR someplace or should I just wing it and try to get a table or counter service somewhere that night? Lastly, can anyone recommend a restaurant for that Saturday dinner? We have Park Hoppers so we're very flexible. Thanks in advance for all your help! :goodvibes

Try and make an ADR, if you don't get one then wing it or eat counter service.

I suggest Le Cellier, Kona, or Raglan Road.

I never make ADR's so my answer is going to be skewed. When you get up on Saturday call Disney Dining. See what is available and the make an adr for whatever is open. I have had many wonderful surprises at restuarants that I would not have tried that way. Skip the usual suspects (Le Cellier, Boma, etc) every one always eats there.

Thanks for your help, everyone. I spent some time looking at menus last night and decided to try someplace I'd never heard of - The Plaza. In the past we spent a lot of time eating at Epcot, so this trip we are trying to mix it up a little by eating at a few resorts and other parks. Hopefully, the casual sandwich dinner will be a good one, and give us more time at MK. Hope I made a good choice.

The plaza is a really nice restaurant, when you check in ask to sit in the back room. Since the restuarant doesn't have a lot of carpets or cushions, noise seems to reveberate in the bigger room. Food was very good.
Enjoy.

I was going to suggest trying Beaches & Cream that day. I tried the Plaza last year when I was on a solo trip and really enjoyed it. I had the best CM server. I think you'll like it.
