We will be traveling to WDW in May for the second time and bringing along my 63 year old mother (her 1st trip!!!) Our party includes me (33) DH (34) DD (9) DS (7) and DD (16 months during trip). My ADR window opens this week! Please review my chooses and make suggestions!

Saturday - arrival, DTD, dinner WPE

Sunday - DHS, Raglan Road Dinner

Monday - Epcot, Akershus late breakfast

Tuesday - AK, Boma dinner

Wednesday - CP 8:05, MK, wishes dessert party?

Thursday - Epcot, Via Napoli dinner, Illuminations

Friday - MK, Liberty Tree lunch

Saturday - Chef Mickey breakfast, late departure.

We're staying at POFQ and will not be purchasing park hoppers (we had them last trip and used the once!!)

I'm torn on Chef Mickey the last day. Should we do Tusker House instead and spend some more time at AK? Should I make another ADR on an earlier day and leave departure day free? Suggestions are appreciated :goodvibes

Those all sound good to me, but I'm thinking that the breakfast at Chef Mickey on the last day does sound iffy. What time is your late departure, because with transportation, you might struggle to get back on time. Especially with your party size, you'd probably be better off taking it easy that last day. You could definitely go to AK that morning as long as you left enough time to get back to your resort, like I said.

Tusker House breakfast was my least fave meal on our last trip.

We had an early morning ressie for CP and it was awesome getting to enter the park early. Good call!

I might consider trying for a similar early morning ressie for breakfast at Epcot. FWIW, we had a 9:15 ressie at Tusker House on our AK day and quite honestly it screwed our entire day up for touring purposes. By the time we finished up our breakfast it was about 10:30 and getting HOT and miserable there. And crowded. I highly recommend trying to get your reservation earlier.
