ADR not showing in MDE

I have an ADR coming up in a couple of weeks at O'Hana, however the reservation isn't showing in MDE under my plans. I called the dining line and they did confirm the reservation is valid, active, and in my name.

Any tips to get it to show in MDE? I tried to add it via the "Reservation #" option with no luck, got an error message.

Did you make the reservation online or through the app, or directly with the restaurant? Some reservations directly through restaurants are on a different system and won't show up on MDE.

I had that issue anytime I modified an ADR. I called in and they sent me to IT help desk or something like that and he fixed it. I hope because I was making new ones left and right when the old ones weren't showing and I don't want to be charged a no show fee. It's for trip at end of this week and it's a 9 night trip with 11 family members so going over ADRs over the phone was painstaking (for some reason they couldn't just read down my list and had to do a search each day and it took several minutes each time so I did a few days and still she wouldn't see stuff until I gave her the details).

I had that issue once with a PPO reservation once. They couldn't find it at the park entrance on their little ipads but I just showed them the email confirmation on my phone.

Are you looking on the app or the website (or both)? I find that they sometimes disappear from the app and then magically pop back up later. Usually the website is accurate though.
