ADR needed for Planet Hollywood?

We have a voucher for a free meal at PH. We plan to go there on our arrival night for a later dinner, say between 7 and 8. There are two of us and we would go on Sunday. Do we need an ADR? Also, can you use your Disney Rewards there? Thanks!

The last few times we went, it was basically empty. We had a free one last year too. We got the free voucher this year as well, but since we have no desire to go back, we are going to give it to my nephew if it's transferrable.

I made an ADR for PH just in case. We got the free voucher to use. My DH and I ate there a few years ago and enjoyed it. Lately, have been hearing good and not so good reviews. We shall see soon how it all goes.
