ADR Made While Logged Out Showing in My Account

My parents are coming with us when we go in January. There is one day during the trip that we are going to different parks and therefore not eating TS meals together.

My mom asked me to go online and make them a dinner reservation for two for that evening. I made the ADR for her using my dad's email address and cell phone number, and I was logged out of the WDW site when I made the reservation. I wanted to make sure the reservation wasn't linked to me or my account so that if I wanted to make a dinner ADR for the rest of us it wouldn't appear that I was double booking.

I just logged into the WDW site and on the list of "my reservations" is the ADR I just made for them . How did the site link this to me? When I click on the "view reservastion" link it won't let me retrieve the ADR to see the details, but it is there on my list.

Anyone else have this happen? Very strange.

I guess it remembered the last account that was logged into by your computer?

I guess this is a lesson for all of us: if you don't want to have an ADR in your account, make sure you are logged into a different account, and not just logged off.

Maybe that's it. It's kind of frustrating though - I can't imagine I'm the first person to use their computer to book online ADRs for a computer-less family member. My parents don't have a Disney account. If I'd know it was going to be linked to me I would've had her call and reserve instead.
