ADR issues

Made my ADR this week and am looking to swap out 50's prime time for something else and online it's allowing to change all other dinning reservations but this one. Even if I pick something new at the same time it won't allow me to change. Tried calling and its 30+ minute wait. Is this normal ?

Are you listed as the lead guest on that ADR? I know one time I accidentally put someone else in our group as the lead guest on a ADR and I couldn't change anything on it online.
