ADR Help...which restaurant to eliminate

I would pay OOP for Hoop Dee Doo. Or eliminate Liberty Tree (I never have been a huge fan of most of the MK TS restaurants) and one of the resort meals (of these, I've only been to Ohana, which was good food, but they double-charged our credit card, so we spent the last day sorting that out...).

I would eliminate WCC. Hoop De Doo food will be similar, but IMO, its a bit better. Show is worth it.

We LOVE HDDR and it is our only must-do every trip. I would probably pay for that one OOP (you can do some math ahead of time and figure out what the others would cost).

We replaced HDDR one trip with WCC because we were staying at WL, and we thought it might be similar to HDDR...It wasn't. We didn't really like anything about WCC, and of all the restaurants we've tried at WDW, this is the only one to which we wouldn't return.

We also wouldn't do Teppan Edo, but that is because we have several Hibachi steak houses near home. We enjoy them on occasion, but they're all pretty much all the same. We wouldn't do that in WDW, because we can pretty much do them at home.

That brings me to what's probably our guiding rule when making dining plans for WDW. We try to stick to experiences that are most uniquely "Disney." For that reason, I would recommend you KEEP HDDR, 'Ohana, Boma and Coral Reef on your list. (I guess WCC would fall into this category...sorry, we just didn't like it at all, but maybe the child with you would love it).

I am currently planning ADRs for March 2012. We (2 adults, 1 child) will be there 7 nights on the DDP. I have it narrowed down to the following...

Ohana's (dinner)
Liberty Tree
Boma (dinner)
Chefs de France
Coral Reef
Whispering Canyon
Tutto Italia
Teppan Edo
Hoop De Doo

I'm torn on which ones to eliminate...any suggestions on which restaurant is the best out of the bunch?

Eliminate:
Ohana's (dinner)
Liberty Tree
Coral Reef
Whispering Canyon

Eliminate Liberty Tree. No more characters there and the food is IMHO - so-so.

I would skip either Boma or Liberty Tree. I really wanted to like Boma but was dissappointed with it. The food was not really exotic but not quite mainstream either. Liberty Tree is your basic Thanksgiving dinner food (think Stouffers stuffing and mac & cheese).
