Don't forget you can walk to MK and hop a bus to any resort not on the Monorail.

I second The Grand Floridian Cafe. It is very good food and I think somewhat of a "secret". Also too I have heard great things about Kona. If you want to go upscale what about Narcoossee's? Also there is Whispering Canyon Cafe at the Wilderness Lodge, which is just a boat ride away!
