We have an ADR for 11 people at O'Honas but it looks like my sister and her family won't be able to make it. What happens if only 4 of us show up?

They more then likely wont seat you at the 12 top table with 4 people. Theyll probably make you wait until a smaller table opens up

Going from 11 people to 4 people will definately change what kind of table you are placed at. You may get frowned at, but they will still seat you. Why not call ahead and try to change the ADR? That way, some lucky family would be able to snag the extra space?

I'll definitely try and get a new ADR for 4 but hate to give up the time we have for the 11.

I don't think it will be a new adr. They will simply modify the adr from 11 to 4.

I had to change an ADR from 11 to 7 for one of the nights on our upcoming trip and we were able to get same restaurant on same night but could not get the same time, had to go with a later time. However, that's still better than getting to the restaurant and having to wait for an opening for the smaller table size.

As a party of 11, we only have 3 reservations where we are not a party of 11 at one table; (example) if the CM did the reservation as a party of 6 and party of 5 at 2 tables, I was given this information when I booked my ADR's.
