ADR? for Lunch with an Imagineer

We'll be arriving in WDW on a Friday & I'd like to book Lunch with an Imagineer for the following Monday or Wednesday. My question is this:
as an onsite guest, do I call 60 days from my check in date or the date I want the adr for lunch? Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

I believe that the rule is that you can do it 60 days from your check-in date for any dates during the length of your stay - I so wanted to do this in February, but the date I wanted (February 19) is booked. Because I have all of my other ADR's, I can't schedule another day. From all that I've read, It's a really nice lunch - if you're into the imagineering thing! Have fun!
