ADR for LTT questions

Just called and booked my ADRs for LTT and have a quick question. Right now I have 2 times booked because I wasn't sure whether to go early or late. The times we have are 4:10 or 8:30. Our plans for that day are to start early at MK with an early CS lunch. Maybe break during mid day and return to MK for the afternoon/evening and ending with Wishes and Spectro. DH prefers the early time so I am just double checking with the experts before I call and cancel one.
We also booked the 10:40 at Cape May Cafe for our departure day - figured this would be a great way to end and get a good meal before we hit the road.
So experts what do you think? Early or late?

i'd go for early... because w/a 4:30 adr, chances are good you may not sit down 'til 5pm anyway and be done in time for a few rides or shows before wishes... w/an 8:30 adr, you will miss wishes... if that's important to you

8:30 is awfully late. I'm not sure when they open (I think 4 pm), but if you get there just before opening and have cute kids, you may be selected as the family to make the opening announcement for them. A CM will use your camera for you and take some good pictures while your family is on the balcony (with CMs) ringing the bell and announcing that the restaurant is now open. Since you have a 4:10 ressie, this would only mean being there 10 minutes early.

If you have early dinner, save your snack for the day just in case someone needs a fix later on.
