ADR for day before room reservation

We are arriving the day before our room reservation at the Boardwalk starts and staying by Disney Springs that night. When the 60 day mark hits for our Boardwalk reservation can I make an ADR for the day we arrive

If I understand your scenario correctly, you are getting to Disney a day before your BW reservation but staying off-site? It wouldn't matter where you stayed that first night, you can still make an ADR 60 days out from the day you want the dining reservation. Then the next day, 60 days before you arrive at BW, you can make ADRs 60 days out plus your entire BW stay. Or, if you prefer to make the ADRs all at once instead of 2 phases, you could make all your ADRs 60 days from your BW arrival - you'd just be making your first night's ADR at 59 days - might not be a big deal.
