ADR for a group of 8

Hey everyone!!

My ADR date starts on Halloween. We have 8 people total with 6 adults and 2 high chairs. I'm concerned about getting reservations with that many people. I read that we may have to split the reservation then request to sit together when we check in. That seems like a pain.

Has anyone had experience booking for 8 and getting the restaurants they want? Any suggestions for good TS for accommodating 8 people??

The ones I'm noticing that aren't available are Be Our Guest which I assumed, but T Rex is showing unavailable also which surprises me.

Call T-Rex directly because they only release a small percentage of their tables to Disney dining.

Start by trying to book reservations for 8. As much as possible the CMs at the podium will try to seat you at one table or at adjacent tables. If you have to start looking for 2 smaller tables, be sure to include everyone who will be at the tables no matter how young because Disney has to stay within the fire and safety code limitations. If you book 2 tables within a few minutes of each other you can ask to be seated together when you check in at the podium although you may have to wait a little longer.

Thanks! The only other one I'm seeing issues with is Be Our Guest and I could settle for a QS lunch.

Do you know how far in advance you can make reservations directly with TRex?
