Hi all,

We are two parties of 3 (each 2 ad, 1 ch) going to WDW in March, and we have 2 booking references because, even though I booked both, we are staying in separate rooms at the CBR. We are on the DDP and will be doing all our ADRs together and its absolutely essential we sit all together (my son has special needs and wouldn't cope well with being separated). When it is time to book our ADRs what do we need to do - just book them under 1 booking reference/DDP but for 6 people, or if I did it on the telephone could I give the operator both booking references?

I should have asked this earlier but only just thought of it. We have a couple of weeks before our 180-day window opens!

Thanks in advance

If you want to eat together make ONE reservation for ALL of you. It doesn't matter who is on what room reservation. It also doesn't matter that you have DDP until you arrive at the restaurant, unless you are booking a prepaid meal like CRT or a dinner show. It's relevant then so you don't have to prepay.
