I made our ADR's this morning for me, DH, DD8, and DS5. It is DS's 1st trip and he's big into Pixar stuff and has been begging to see Mickey so he can give him a big hug.

Here's my plan:

2/18 - CRT 5:30pm
This is our arrival day and we don't get in until 10AM. I know the park is going to be packed so we are just going to take everything in and consider any ride we do as a perk. This day is about parades, characters, and fireworks.

2/19 - Donald's Tusker House 8:00am
Obviously and AK day and I am a Rope Drop person.

2/20 - Chef Mickey's 7:15am
This is an Epcot day for us. We've never done Chef Mickey's but have wanted to. We are staying at the WL and I figure the monorail to TTC then the monorail to Epcot should be easy enough. I don't know how to get to the Contemporary at this hour but I'm sure I can figure that out later.

2/21 - 50's Prime Time Cafe - 5:15
HS Day. My crew will be beat by 5:15 but all of DS's faves are in this park. I figure if the kids are beat after the parade then we can either cancel or just ride the boat to the Epcot resorts and back for a rest period and then see if there is a second wind after dinner.

2/22 Whispering Canyon Cafe - 5:30

We are in Epcot on 2/23 and 2/24 is our last day and it's a MK day. No more TS credits left but I don't think we'll miss them these last 2 days. Especially with limited time on 2/24 before we head out. Thoughts? Did I overlook anything? Thanks for suggestions/feedback!

Your choices are good but that 715 would kill me! ;) Why not do WC for breakfast that day since you are right there and then do CM for dinner the night you had WC?

If you decide to keep it I think your best bet is a cab... it will probably be less than $10 with tip and you could leave at 7. Otherwise I would think you'd have to boat or bus to a park and it will take ALONG time that time of morning. Probably would have to leave by 6:30 at latest.

I agree, they look good. You would have to take a cab that time of morning to CM. I don't think you'd have enough time to take Disney transportation, it may start too late to do that.

I agree with PP that if you can swap WCC and CM - doing CM for dinner and WCC for breakfast - it might a good idea. You're doing Tusker House and Chef Mickey breakfasts back to back and they are very similar - same characters for the most part, and same food.

Excellent feedback - thank you both!

I just switched Chef Mickey's to 2/24 at 7AM. We plan to be in MK that day so it makes sense. Since it is our last day, we'll take our bags to bell hop & grab a cab OR I suppose we could load the car and drive ourselves to the Contemporary. Will we be OK to keep the car there until after lunch when we plan to start driving home?

We have never been to Chef Mickey's or Donald's breakfast. I don't really mind seeing the same characters again, especially these guys. My 5 year old may not be warmed up to characters by the 1st breakfast (he's never been to Disney and while he's been begging to hug Mickey you never know how they will react) I imagine they'll be kicking him off by our last day.
