We are heading down Dec 26-Jan 6. There are 8 of us for sure going and then another couple that may or may not join us. They are having a baby in Oct and are waiting to finalize their decision after the baby is born. So I am in charge of making all the adr tomorrow morning. Is it possible for me to go online at 6am and make all the adr for those of us that are for sure going and then at 7am call and change those adr to add the other couple. I would cancel the original 6am adr. I guess I am afraid of losing out on any adr at 6am vs 7am for those of us that are 100% going. If I can get the adr to include the other couple, great, but if not, they are on their own for that meal. Is this possible? I would do it all online but including the other couple suddenly makes it too large of a group to do it online and that is where I am afraid of losing out on adr's, especially with it being Christmas/New Year's week. I hope this all made sense :)

If you want them to eat with you, make the reservation for everyone you think might be coming, including the couple whose presence is tentative AND their baby (yes, the baby counts). It is easier to remove them than it is to add them later, especially for Christmas week.. For prepaid reservations or credit card guarantees, if you think they will not decide until the last minute, you may want to leave them off of those for now. This does mean that if the party size exceeds 14 you will have to make those reservations by phone.
