ADR day tomorrow, a few questions

Ok so tomorrow is officially 180 days out and I've got my list ready of what we want and when.

For some reason every time I associate my booking against my profile on the disney site it is gone again next time I log on. Am I doing something wrong? It finds it ok on the dining reservation site but it doesnt seem to save it.

I am worried that if I do that and then it goes again I may lose any booking I make.

Also I want the Fantasmic package at Mama Melrose, what is the best number to ring for that and what time can I do it UK time?

I'm nervous I'm going to totally mess this up and miss out.

I think you need to associate your booking every time you start a new session. I don't think it connects to your log-in details (it didn't with mine).

You need to call 001 (407) 939 3463 to book the Fantasmic! package. You can do this from 12pm.

Don't worry, it's a really straightforward process!

Same for me, re-entered info every time I logged on.
I think it is possible 11am this week as we are only 4 hours behind Florida until we change clocks at the weekend, online should be from 10am.

Ok I must have messed up somewhere, I've logged in this morning and associated my reservation but it will still only let me book until the 19/09 we arrive on the 21st which i thought to be 180 days from today

Sure am, I think after looking into it the site doesn't go love until 10am our time, I'll try again then

You are right, should be 10am with the 4 hours difference.

Woohoo with a bit of tinkering I managed to get the ones we wanted:

coral reef lunch
Tonys lunch
crystal palace dinner
chef mickeys breakfast
tusker house lunch
wolfgang puck dinner
boma dinner

still got 1 more to pick for either arrival or departure day and the one I'm dreading, ringing up to try for the fantasmic package

Well that was fun fantasmic is on 3 times during our stay the package was fully booked up the first two times then we gotthe last slot on the third time, it's at 4:40 but I don't care.

Typically I had already booked le cellier for that day so just had to juggle 3 or 4 reservations but finally I have all the ones we wanted

I have no written confirmation of mama melrose but I have the reservation number at least

Glad you got them all sorted, I also hate ringing. Wasn't as bad this year as I already had my US res # and done most online so it was just Fantasmic & Hoop to sort. Last year all by phone took me about 1 hour 15 mins.
They can never understand my accent and I can hardly hear them, far easier online. I never use phone in UK so even worse calling abroad.

Fantasmic! package reservation times are always early. Mine is at 4.35pm.

They can never understand my accent and I can hardly hear them, far easier online. I never use phone in UK so even worse calling abroad.

Yeah, I've always found it difficult to hear them too.

I think it's safe to say they struggle with my Blackburn accent ha I ended up coming off the phone paranoid about it ha ha

alls well that ends well now just to convince the wife to extend the holiday a bit longer, we decided 10 nights would be enough because we went last year and we were going to new York in march, now that's passed I want more days in Disney

I,ve been trying to link my stay to my disney profile but it says it can retreive in, we aren't going toill feb 2011 and i know i can only do my adr's 180 days out. Were going with VH is there a special ref i should use to link my reservation to my account. Sorry to hijack your thread

You need to get your 12 digit US reservation number. I believe Virgin will give you it but hopefully someone will post who uses Virgin to confirm.

Yep I got mine from virgin although it wouldn't accept it on the my profile bit on tr Disney site but it would when you associate it on the dining reservations bit
