ADR Day in 2 1/2 Weeks!

So my ADR day is fast approaching! I am so excited I am counting down the days, lol. If you could give me some tips on my ADRs or maybe give me some opinions on places that I don't have that I may be over looking or places that I do have that you may not have had a perfect disney experience with that would be awesome! A little about a travel party...its me, my hubby, my 2 boys, DS10 (on the spectrum), and DS3 (possibly on the spectrum, but definitely has some sensory issues) and my MIL (who has not been to Disney in probably 20 years). We have the deluxe dining plan, and before anyone says anything about too much food, we use the dining as sort of a break. To sit down and relax and take a time out from the parks. My family really needs that time away from the hectic theme park atmosphere and quick service locations are good places for melt downs with my boys lol. Anyways here's what I have so far!

Day 1 - Arrival Day
Dinner - Sanaa

Day 2 - Magic Kingdom
Breakfast - Crystal Palace
Lunch - Liberty Tree Tavern
Dinner - 1900 Park Fare

Day 3 - Epcot
Breakfast - Akershus - should I switch this with Garden Grill breakfast so we don't have princesses back to back?
Lunch - Via Napoli
Dinner - Biergarten

Day 4 - Animal Kingdom
Breakfast - Tusker House
Lunch - Rainforest Cafe
Dinner - Yak & Yeti

Day 5 - Hollywood Studios
Breakfast - Hollywood & Vine
Lunch - Sci Fi Dine In
Dinner - 50s Prime Time Cafe

Day 6 - Resort Day/Possible Disney Springs
Breakfast - Boma
Lunch - The Mara
Dinner - Cinderella's Royal Table

Day 7 - Magic Kingdom
Breakfast - Kona Cafe
Lunch - Chef Mickeys Brunch - this I am not sure about, my DS3 LOVES Mickey, we have had breakfast here and its tolerable, dinner stinks, but we have never eaten bunch here, so does anyone have any feedback on brunch here?
Dinner - Be Our Guest

Day 8 - Epcot
Breakfast - Garden Grill
Lunch - Teppen Edo
Dinner - Coral Reef

Day 9 - Magic Kingdom/Departure Day
Breakfast - Ohana
Lunch - Whispering Canyon Cafe

Also we are thinking about doing a desert party for my DS10, myself, and my MIL. I think we have narrowed it down to the Wishes desert Party and the Illuminations desert party. The Star Wars desert party is just too expensive for some star wars cupcakes, lol. Anyways between Wishes and Illuminations which one would you choose? Thanks for all your help! Can't wait for my ADR day!
