ADR Date?

I think I'm an idiot but I am going to WDW from Dec 5-13th and was wondering when I can make ADRs. I know it's 90 Days from the first day of your stay. I come out with Sun Sept 6. Is that right? What time on that day do they take calls? Are the phones open on Sunday? I think I'm over thinking this. Thanks.

Sept. 6 is correct.
On-line start time is 6 AM Florida time.
Phone start time is 7 AM Florida time.
Yes they are open on Sundays.
