ADR clarification

Sunday morning will be my 180 day time to book ADR online. What time can I do it? Is it 6am EST or 6am CST? I live in TX so am on CST

As an FYI online they have been issues booking past 180 days even though your trip authorizes you to do so. So definitely give it a try but be ready to call when they open right at 7 to get the reservations on days 181+.

This. My date was this past Monday and it would only let me do the first day of the trip online. I had to wait 2 hours on hold to get them done via phone. And there's something up with Tutto Italia...it's not letting anyone book by phone or website for September. Not sure why.
