ADR Chef Mickeys parking..please help

Well we finally made it back to WDW and we are headed to Chef Mickeys today at 2. We are staying off property and I've read all kinds of things as far as parking goes. I'm hoping we can park at Contemporary and get the 3 hour pass. I don't want to pay for parking if I really dont have to since I will be paying at least 3 times this week already. We are not headed to parks until tomorrow as we just got here.

It's too late for me to help you, but by now you've probably realized that you CAN indeed park for free while dining at the resort. Hope your Chef Mickey's was fun!
