MDE will send you a push notification about 10-15 minutes before, telling you that it's time to check in. If you want to check in with the CM, 15-20 minutes before is probably optimum.

For G+LLs and ILL$, the system is set to allow you in 5 minutes early.

I think that for ADRs, if you show up more than 15 minutes late they can choose whether to seat you or not - but it's up to the restaurant and of course will depend on how busy they are. I'm sure there are people who have arrived later than that and have been seated without a problem.

For G+LLs and ILL$, the system will give you 15 minutes after your hour is up (so if the LL is for 2:00 to 3:00, you can tap in as late as 3:15). After that, you won't be allowed in (unless you politely explain why and express your understanding that you're late and don't expect to be admitted, and you get a very nice CM).
