ADR CC Guarantee Cancellation Procedure

May will be our first trip with the new credit card $10 guarantee in effect for many of our favorite restaurants.

I did read on the disney site that I have 24 hours prior to cancel but unsure of whether:

1) I can cancel ADR online or need to call?

2) Is the $10 per ADR or per person?

You can cancel your ADRs online, but if you choose to do so, I would either do it well before the 24-hr deadline or go ahead and call it in just to be safe. If you cancel it online make sure you keep the email that says you cancelled it in case there is a dispute.

The cancellation fee (less than 24-hrs out) is $10 per person on the reservation.

Hate to mention that the website has wrong info (again) but you don't have 24 hours. From reports on the boards, the cancellation deadline is a full calendar day in advance (for example, if you want to cancel a meal on Sunday, you have to do it by COB [govt. speak for "close of business"] on Friday - not on Saturday.)

On the Reservations board (where I'm moving this) there is a sticky thread where we're trying to keep up with the policy. On that sticky thread is a dedicated phone number to call just to make restaurant cancellations.

And yes, the fee is $10 per person (except Victoria & Albert's, where it's $25 per person)

You must have your confirmation # when you call to cancel - you cant just call and cancel with your phone number, name etc. They wouldnt cancel when I didnt have my Confirmation#
