ADR Cancellation Thread (January 2006)

Hi all! And Happy Thanksgiving!

It seems like an appropriate time to start-up a thread on this topic. Please feel free to jump on board with cancellation announcements or ADR requests.

We're heading to WDW in early January. I was hoping we could do CRT for breakfast or lunch 1/3, 1/4, 1/5 or 1/6. We're a party of 6. We could not get an ADR for our trip.

I'd like to try to get in with DD6 and DD8 and the rest of the family before the price/format change and DDE exclusion. If anyone is thinking of cancelling an ADR, I'd appreciate a PM to coordinate a hand-off.

This evening I just called Dining Reservations to change my LTT to WC on Jan. 23rd. GOT IT!!

Then I decided to change CP to CRT (dinner on Wed. 25th) & the lady on the phone asked me what time did I want. She rambled off all these available times.

I wonder why you couldn't get anything for one of your days when the 25th has so many openings. Is your party large? We have 4 people.

That is so weird, the lady I talked to said everything was booked solid! I will try again tomorrow. My party is just for 2, but I read on another thread that they will only seat you at a table that holds the right number, they won't seat 2 at a table for 4. Perhaps that has something to do with it? I hope I can get a walk up.
