ADR advice needed

Happy Thursday Friends! I swear I am the most indecisive planner ever. We will be staying a week at the GC, checking in on a Monday. I have made ADRs at the Plaza Inn on Wednesday morning at 8:10a and then PCH Grill on Friday also at 8:10. I realized just now that if we do both of these ADRs on these days, we won't be able to take advantage of the Extra Magic Hours at CA. We have an almost 2 year old who LOVES Anna, Elsa and Olaf so I was originally thinking if we could get an FP during EMH it would be perfect. Should I change our Friday ADR to another day? Or do you think it is more important to do the EMH at DL, which is why I kept Tuesday and Thursday open. Does this make sense?

We always do our Character breakfasts at 10:00 or 10:30 and count it as lunch. This way you get to take advantage of EMH and by 10 you'll be ready for a break anyway. One of the biggest perks to staying onsite is EMH at DCA, so make sure you use it. Why not do Plaza Inn on Tuesday or Thursday at 9:30? That way you can do EE at 7am (assuming it's a 7am EE) and get all of your early morning rides in before stopping for breakfast. Then do EE at DCA on Wednesday and do PCH Grill at 9:30 or 10:30 and just walk through GCH exit and through the hotel, across the street to PPH.
