ADR @ 1900PF before park opening?

I think I remember reading somewhere that the busses start running 2 hours earlier than the time the parks open? IDK why I'm so confused about this. We are staying at POP and I'm wanting to make an ADR for breakfast here but having a hard time figuring out what time is good. Can we do like an 8 am ressie and leave pop around 7am to MK then take the monorail over to GF?

The buses to the Magic Kingdom start at 6:30 AM, so if you are on the first one you should have no problems making an 8:00 AM ADR. Now just so you know when taking the Resort Monorail from the Magic Kingdom the order of stops is the Contemporary, TTC, Polynesian and Grand Floridian. They also have a boat which goes there that shares with the Polynesian, however the Grand Floridian is the first stop. So if it's running when you get there it might be faster then taking the Resort Monorail. Although if it's running and it's not there meaning you need to wait for it, the Resort Monorail would be faster since one comes to the station every 5 minutes or less.
