Are you able to do adrs online and benefit from the +10 days ?

If not can someone give me the phone number please as I have lost it, also anyone have a number for cheap calls to the US

Yes, you can do this. You just need to make sure you have obtained your 12-digit booking reference from whoever you booked with.

Find where you want to eat, on the restaurant page under heading "Resort Guests & Dining Plan" click on the final words of the paragraph "Retrieve your reservation" enter you details there and make your reservation.

I'm not sure, i booked through virgin so had to ring them to get my 12 digit number. They gave it to me with no problems.
