So now that I've planned my whole iternary (we're going april 29-may 4) it looks like the numbers at the park are suppose to be up compared to normal. I had planned a morning at epcot and wanted to hop over to typhoon lagoon for the afternoon for a break in the heat before we headed back to catch the fireworks at epcot, do you think we will still be able to do this or will the water pack be too crowded and we will be denied entry? (It's a saturday too) :sad2: :mickeybar

If you try to go too early in the afternoon, you might run the risk of TL being closed due to capacity. They close the parking lots before they stop running the resort buses, so I would take a bus instead of driving your car. This could make the difference in whether you get in or not.

When the water parks close at capacity, it's generally first thing in the day, just after opening, and then they re-open again about mid-afternoon, as people start to leave. It's not likely that you'll be denied entry mid-afternoon, but you may find yourself in a really crowded waterpark.

You might want to have a "Plan B" ready, just in case you get there and see a packed parking lot and decide you don't want to do the shoulder-to-shoulder thing.

I've gone before around 3 or 4 when the park closes at 6 and the crowds were very low, b/c I think most people had left already. I probably wouldn't waste a plus option or pay $30 for just 2 hrs. in the park (we have pap's).

TL closed quite often to capacity, and with the new Slusher Gusher this year, I would say odds are that it will again. Why not start the day at TL, then move to Epcot?

I think your right I think we'll do Typhoon in the morning and head to epcot later that day and stay until the fireworks- what's a good restaurant at epcot our friends our doing the princess supper that night at epcot but we have boys :cool1:

My DD likes San Angel Inn.... likes the atmosphere and the watching the ride boats go by. Also, it is right next to Norway where your friends and their daughters will be dining with royalty.
