Ok....if I were to make a thread it would be one of these titles....(NOT)

1. Change my mind - I don't like Blizzard Beach
2. Typhoon Lagoon or Volcano Bay....and GO!
3. Convince me Hard Rock CL or Portofino CL?

In all seriousness, two through four are kind of real questions that I'm sorting through in my mind. Decisions, decisions.

Not meaning to offend anyone who does this, but it is like nails down the chalkboard when I see FB posts that say....and GO! Like we're all going to race to tell you what you should be able to figure out yourself to begin with anyway.

I'm in a couple of DVC facebook groups and the ridiculous amount of AP posts have hurt my brain. I unfollowed two of them because instead of searching the group first, they keep posting the exact same questions.

Facebook (and the DIS) isn't google! It's one thing to ask people's experience or perspective but you want me to just give you basic info that google has? Like, did you try looking for it?

We got on ours last year - NEVER USED so total waste, and we do like water parks. Did not get it this year and glad as I don't see us going. You can always add it later.

I saw $6,000 premium economy on American while putting in dates.....insane. Wish I lived on the west coast where you can get $900 round trip.

Our tickets in 2019 for premium economy nonstop from MSP to HND were $2054. I went to check when you posted that as I didn’t remember exactly how much we paid. I know prices have been crazy this year but $6000 is insane. We went towards the 2nd half of March into April and the weather was beautiful.

That's a little more than how much it is to fly from IAD to Tokyo (it ranges from $2100-2500). Thankfully once you get there it's not super expensive (as in not to the level of Hawaii). I never paid more than $20 for a meal.

Still trying to decide if I can make the AP math work. Even with the 8 day trip in September, I think I would need at least 2 more trips. We have a multi-generational cruise next summer to Alaska so it might have to be a couple of shorter trips to Disney. I’m not sure if that justifies the cost of the AP.

I have not actually taken a real vacation since May ‘21 so I have time. It’s not always easy for me to take big blocks of time during the busy seasons so I’m a little limited on dates. I think I could swing a week in January for sure. That would leave one more trip to make the AP worthwhile.
