ADH -another question

I am thinking about changing my reception venue from Ariels to ADH. I am doing this because I want live entertainment and I do not think Ariels will be big enough for a band and dancing. So i was wondering if you can see the Illumination fireworks from the outside balcony of ADH or the surronding area of ADH on the boardwalk?

And will the sapce in ADH be big enough for a small band and dancing?

I asked the same question on here a few months back and was told you deff. can see the illuminations fireworks from the balconies along ADH, and sometimes you can see them from Hollywood Studios also. ADH is HUGE. Deff. big enough for dancing, and they have a stage for a band and a DJ booth already there. The main reason we picked it is because we want a lot of dancing. During it's regular hours it is a dance club.

Do anyone know if ADH has an elevator? Or a way a disable person can get down and up the stairs?

I did a site visit there and they do have an elevator. Also, the space is big enough for any event. They have a stage set up so a band could play there, and they also have a dj booth, and a separate dance floor with tables surrounding it, and it's own bars. I'm having my reception there because of the space, and because it's perfect for a reception because you don't have to do anything special, it's already set up for everything because it's usually used to for nighttime adult entertainment and live music. HTH!

Can you only get a band through Disney? Their pricing online says $7000 for a band - is that really your only option?

That is for a full band. You can get a jazz trio, a string quartet, a marachi, the steel drum players, or solo instrument or singers. They are cheaper than a full band. You can also hire any of the other entertainers that work at Disney.
