Hiya, does anyone know if the addresses of all the guests on the reservation needs to meet their ID? I mean, I’d assume that this has to be the case for the principal guest but what about the other guests?
Thank you!!

Definitely not. The online system is a pain, so I always use my mailing address for me and anyone else I book, and it’s not the address I have on my ID. They used to mail magic bands and magical express to it. I’m not even sure it matters anymore.

Ive gotten a few physical mailings about making/changing reservations, but not often.

Nope. I never change it from mine unless I am not traveling. And then it’s the address of my family or friend who is lead guest.

Related question that doesn't need its own thread... What's the easiest way to book a reservation for a guest whose name will be different (married) when she travels than what it is now?

1. Book under maiden name, link to MDX, and then when she updates MDX to her new name the reservation will update automatically?

2. Book under maiden name, link to MDX, and then when she updates to her new name, call Member Services and change the reservation manually?

3. Book under maiden name and just leave it?

4. Book under married name and just leave it?

The problem is, at the time of travel, I'm not actually sure if she'll have credit cards and a driver's license in her new name yet.

I'd just leave it all under maiden name and bring the paperwork.

DVC isn't the problem. MDE is. I wouldn't want to mess with all of that right before/during a trip. I guess if she doesn't have any dining or whatever booked, then it doesn't matter.

I doubt she gets IDed at all if she uploads the credit card and does check in on her phone. It's happened once to me in my last six stays.
