Just returned from CBR and I need to send a letter regarding our stay. We had a couple of problems on our trip.

dennisnlisab96,

I was just there as well and am curious as what the issue was. I had a problem with not being able to charge stuff onto my room card even though I gave them TC when I checked in. I finally had it and got my money off the card.

Yes...we did speak to them when we were there. It is just that one of the issues was VERY severe and I jsut wanted to write a letter also. My 19 month old son choked on something the maintainance left in the room. It ws under the bed and he found it and choked on it. I am an EMT so I was able to get it out. It really concerns me because it had the potential for ending VERY badly.

Yikes, I would definitely complain about that. I had some problems at the Poly in Novemer(waited 8 hours for a frig and we had medicine, ect...)... never did complain(other than that night to the front desk). I would gather you could just email customer service from the waltdisneyworld.com site.

I don't know the e-mail address, but for snail mail it would be:

WDW Guest Communications
P.O. Box 10,000
Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830

I bet you could call any hotel operator and they would have the e-mail address.

Good luck getting a response - I sent two letters, finally after the second one, they called me and left a message on my answering machine that someone would be contacting me - after one month and not hearing anything else, I sent an email and tried to call - THERE IS NO DIRECT LINE TO THAT DEPARTMENT -

I explained to the man that they had given my room away at All Star Movies after we had checked in - my purse was taken from the room and sent to the office - no one came to help us after we tried to get back into our room and someone else was in there - when they finally moved us into a new room, it was a smoking room on the other side of the resort - no one apologized to us at all =

He told me they receive too many complaints to get back to everyone right away (this happened to me in December) and that someone would respond "sometime"

I'm over it = I will never feel safe staying at Disney again.

Go to Disneyworld.com and click on Contact Us.

From there you can send a direct email to Guest Communications. I have always gotten a reply within a couple of days.

Does it have to be a complaint? Can it be a letter full of compliments and appreciation? Is this address ok to use for those?

Thanks...I jsut want Disney to know how well they need to clean the room when they have "little" ones staying in them.
