Address for BWV/SSR for Netgrocer Delivery?

What is the proper address to give Netgrocer or other delivery service for BWV or SSR? If I go to expedia or other place where I might find the address, will that suffice? Thanks!

I have a passporter. Could I use the address in there for BWV? Still not sure about SSR though.
