Addonitis - direct or resale??

I'm only talking 25 points, this time - hopefully at SSR w/Dec UY. I've got a few questions, though . . . First, should I try to get it quickly, before SSR 'sells out' as they are supposed to do this summer (or so)? Second, do you think I'll get a better deal on a resale, or is it the minor savings not worth the hassle with this one?

Direct 104 x 25= $2600 you will get Dec 2007 points and another 25 when dec 2008 arrives

Resale $85 x 25 = 2125 plus $322 closing Total 2445, don't know what use year you will get, don't know if get banked points etc... wil wait for contract and for closing 6-8 weeks

Difference in cost $155

Buy direct. No closing costs, you get your UY, add on will be a sub to your master contract, points will immediately be available, and you will get 2007 points.

You must buy in incruments of 25. Check with your guide, there are usually incentives being offered for add-ons..(ie. Buy x now, and they match it for this year) Good luck, this is how it starts!!!!

You must buy a minimum of 25. However, you can buy 26, 27, 28, etc,. points. So no, you don't have to buy in increments of 25.

However, direct thru Disney is better than $20/pt. You can negotiate the closing (even get the seller to pay it all). If the UY and time doesn't matter, you will pay less thru resale. SSR resales have fallen below $80/pt. 25 pt. resales, however, are far and few between.
